Ambulance 5-9 is a 2014 Chevy G4500 PL Custom Medallion 170 ambulance. It was bought from Spitler Ambulance and Rescue Sales in Montoursville, PA.
In addition to a PL Exclusive Centrally Ducted Climate Control System, this ambulance also includes Custom Graphics, Custom Paint Layout, and an LED Lighting Package.
Brush 5 is a 1986 Chevy 1 ton pickup. It was originally used as a military vehicle.
In late 2005, the fire department received the truck from the forestry department and was put in service in 2006.
The brush truck as a 200 gallon water tank for fighting brush fires and it also carries tools and hoses. It runs with a crew of 3.
